Baritone Michael Tully has found success in a wide range of vocal styles in a career that has taken him from the world of opera, oratorio, and art song, to music theatre, jazz, and rock and roll.

Dr. Tully has appeared as a concert soloist with orchestras throughout the country including the Milwaukee Symphony Orchestra, Sacramento Philharmonic Orchestra, Nebraska Symphony Chamber Orchestra, Prescott Pops Symphony and Waukesha Symphony Orchestra.

His most recent music theatre roles include include: Ash in Evil Dead: The Musical, The Fonz in Happy Days, Joe in The Most Happy Fella, Anthony in Sweeney Todd, Frederick Barrett in Titanic: A New Musical, Gaston in Beauty and the Beast, and Smudge in Forever Plaid.

Originally from Wisconsin, Tully earned his Bachelor and Master of Music degrees at Arizona State University, and during that time was a featured soloist with Arizona based groups such as The Phoenix Bach Choir, Cantemus, and the ASU Concert Choir and Choral Union. Michael received the Doctor of Musical Arts degree from the University of Nebraska, and now resides in Lincoln, serving as Director of Music Ministries at Trinity United Methodist Church.
